本產(chǎn)品按德國(guó)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)2Pfg 1169/08.2007、CEEIA B218-2012和Q/321084KKQ13-2015等標(biāo)準(zhǔn)生產(chǎn)。

Thisproduct is produced according to the standard 1169/08.2007 2Pfg 、CEEIA B218-2012andQ/321084KKQ13-2015.

2.    用途Applications

適用于額定電壓直流1.8kV直流組件與組件、組串之間、直流配電箱至逆變器之間的連接。電纜具有耐臭氧、耐酸堿、抗鹽霧和耐環(huán)境氣候等性能。The products are suitable for connection among components,among component assemblies and connection between power distribution box and inverterat rated voltage of DC 1.8 kV. The cable has resistance to ozone, acid andalkali resistance, salt fog resistance and adaptability to climate and otherproperties.

用途：本產(chǎn)品適用于交流額定電壓0.6/1.0kV、直流1800V及以下逆變器至升壓變壓器、升壓變壓器至配電裝置、配電裝置至電網(wǎng)的安裝連接。本產(chǎn)品有鋼帶、鋼絲鎧裝、非磁性金屬帶、非磁性金屬絲鎧裝等，具有抗側(cè)壓、抗拉伸、載流量大、耐臭氧、耐酸堿、抗鹽霧和耐環(huán)境氣候要求的特點(diǎn)。The product is suitable for installation connection between theinverter and step-up transformer, between step-up transformer and powerdistribution equipment, also between power distribution equipment and the gridat the AC rated voltage of 0.6/1.0kV , DC1800V or below. This product has thesteel belt, steel wire shield, nonmagnetic metal belt, nonmagnetic metal wireshield, etc., with features of lateral pressure resistance, tensile strength,large current-carrying capacity, ozone resistance, acid and alkali resistance,salt fog resistance and adaptability to environmental climate.

5．性能 Performance

1) 額定電壓：直流1800V；交流0.6/1kV

Ratedvoltage: DC 1800V, AC 0.6/1kV 

2) 適應(yīng)的***低環(huán)境溫度為-40℃、環(huán)境溫度為125℃，在120℃的工作溫度下可使用20年。

Minimum permissible ambient temperature of conductor is -http://www.zscmsdcq.com 40℃ and maximum temperature is 125℃. It can be used for 20 years under the 120℃operating environment condition.

3) 電纜的彎曲性能優(yōu)良，***小彎曲半徑為電纜的6倍。

The cable enjoys excellent bending performance and the min. bending radiusis 6 times of that of cable.

4) 電纜具有優(yōu)異的耐酸、堿、油腐蝕能力，試驗(yàn)結(jié)果電纜仍能正常工作。

This cable has excellent resistance to acid, alkaline and oil corrosionand it can still remain normal working after the test.

5) 電纜可抵御惡劣環(huán)境和機(jī)械沖擊，能耐受高溫、紫外線、風(fēng)雨、臭氧的侵蝕，其壽命是橡膠電纜的8倍，聚氯乙烯電纜的32倍。

This cable can stand against harsh environment and mechanical compactand has resistance to high temperature, ultraviolet ray, weather and ozone,whose life is 8 times longer than that of rubber cable and 32 times longer thanPVC cable.

6）鹵素氣體釋放量試驗(yàn)：PH≥4.3,電導(dǎo)率≤10us/mm。

Halogen gas emission test:PH≥4.3, conductance≤10us/mm.

7）電纜燃燒無(wú)煙量試驗(yàn)：透光率≥60％。

Smokeless quantity test: light transmittance≥60%. 

8）電纜阻燃試驗(yàn)達(dá)到德國(guó)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)2Pfg 1169/08.2007中的規(guī)定。
