銅芯耐熱125℃交聯(lián)聚烯烴絕緣無鹵低煙阻燃機車

125℃ Low smoke non halogen flame retardant polytefin insulated wire for Locomotives(“CCC" authentication product)

前言:

我國目前已對機車車輛、地鐵、輕軌等城市交通運輸投入大量資金進行升級換代或改造.以緩解交通運輸和城市路面擁擠的狀況,如上海、廣州、深圳等地區(qū)建造地鐵,以及對北京、天津地鐵的更新改造等工程都需要大量的電線電纜與之配套,但目前我國尚沒有與其相匹配的電線電纜,為此我公司針對機車車輛、地鐵車輛等實際情況.以及國際上以該環(huán)境下使用的電線電纜特殊要求,我們研制開發(fā)出了125℃級輻照交聯(lián)低煙無鹵阻燃聚烯烴絕緣機車車輛專用電纜系列產(chǎn)品,該電纜額定電壓為3000V及以下。由于該電纜具有耐高低溫、外徑小、重量輕、低煙無鹵阻燃電氣性能和機械物理性能優(yōu)異等顯著特點,特別適用于升級換代、出口配套和要求高速重載的機車車輛、地鐵、輕軌等設(shè)備的動力傳輸和各種控制系統(tǒng)。又由于該電纜均是采用稱之為“潔凈”的低煙無鹵材料為絕緣的,其主要是在火災(zāi)環(huán)境下燃燒產(chǎn)生很低的煙霧和微量的毒性氣體,從而為現(xiàn)場救援人員及內(nèi)部受災(zāi)人員創(chuàng)造了一個良好的生存和救護環(huán)境,同時又由于產(chǎn)生的鹵素很少.因此又減少了因火災(zāi)給精密儀器設(shè)備等造成的“二次災(zāi)害”從而減少像土耳其纜車遂道中所發(fā)生的悲劇,特別是像機車車輛、地鐵等這樣密閉性更強的環(huán)境,采用該型電纜更為重要。同時由于該電纜是采用以高能電子射線對有機熱縮性材料進行輻照而使其由線性高分子轉(zhuǎn)變成三維立體網(wǎng)狀交聯(lián)結(jié)構(gòu).即以熱塑性轉(zhuǎn)化為不溶熔的熱固態(tài)物質(zhì),以使電線電纜的工作溫度由原來的70℃達(dá)到了125℃,短路抗過載溫度由原來的160℃達(dá)到了250℃.同時亦改善和提高了物理機械性能,又大大降低了電線電纜的成品外徑.輻照交聯(lián)方式可避免被化學(xué)交聯(lián)破壞低煙無鹵特性,對此我們開發(fā)研制了該產(chǎn)品。在提高各項性能的同時.也是機車車輛、地鐵車輛等密閉性強的場所使用的最佳選擇方案,為此我將在以下幾個方面重點介紹該產(chǎn)品。

At present, many large cities, Shanghai, Beijing, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Tianjin, Shenyang, etc, they all plunge lot of financing into railway traffic, in order to change the status of traffic jam. The entire item needs large numbers of cables for locomotives, but we have no right cables in China. In order to fill the blank, Jinshan Electric Wire & cable Ltd., Tianjin open series locomotives cables which accordance with the domestic and international request. This cable is suit for the subway, railway and railcar locomotives. The cable worked rating is 3000V and below in AC, with good high and cold retardant properties, smaller diameter, lighter weight, extra physical chemistry properties. As the upgrade products, it is suit for the control system and power supply system of the subway, railway, railcar locomotives and high-speed over loading locomotives.

The insulation material of the cable is radiation crosslink polytefin. It is a new flame retardant material protecting environment from destruction or pollution. When the burning happen, the radiation crosslink polytefin with smaller quantity of smoke and toxic gas, these properties can provide a good lifesaving environment, it can reduce the harm to extra equipment and instrument. Because the airtight environment, it is important to use this kind of cable in the railway traffic, so we can avoid the cothurnus like which happened in turkey cable car tube.

Because the radiation polytifen material is cross linkable, the radiation crosslink process makes a change to the material, to make the material structure from line to three-dimensional netlike structure. This process can also improve the high-cold retardant and anti-overloading properties. Especially, the radiation crosslink process doesn’t hurt the low smoke non halogen flame retardant properties.

Summarize all the properties; the low smoke non halogen flame retardant polytifen cable for locomotives is the best choice for the subway, railway and railcar locomotives.

  5.優(yōu)異的電絕緣性能、物理機械性能及耐高低溫性能:

    Outstanding insulation properties, extra physical chemistry properties, high temperature-cold retardant properties.

  6.電纜阻燃性能達(dá)到GBT18380.1-2001的要求;

     Flame-resistance conforms to GB/T18380.1-2001

  7.優(yōu)異的柔軟性能和耐磨性能;

Outstanding pliability and the cable is wearable.

  8.優(yōu)異的低煙、無鹵特性; 

Outstanding low smoke non halogen properties.

          1)電導(dǎo)率(conductivity)≤10 u s/mm;

          2)電纜燃燒時產(chǎn)生煙霧透光率(smoking density: penetration ratio)≥60%;

          3PH(the value of PH)≥4.3;

          4)鹵含量(halide content)≤5mg/g。

  9. 其彎曲半徑,電纜外徑(D)20mm及以下時應(yīng)不小于3D.電纜外徑(D)20mm及以上時應(yīng)不小于5D。這樣可以使電纜在更狹小的空間

  10. 優(yōu)異的載流特性:

 由于電纜絕緣層減。崃己茫钟捎诮^緣材料耐熱性能顯著提高,因此使電纜載流水平和抗過載能力也大大提高。

Because the cable own thinner insulation thickness, and the polyfiten exhale the heat from the cable rapidly, these properties improve ability of electric current carrying capacity and anti-overloading.

二、使用范圍:

WDZ-DCYJ-125型電纜適用地鐵車輛、機車車輛等相對密閉、人員集中以及對低煙無鹵性能要求苛刻的環(huán)境下使用.特別適合于地鐵車輛、機車車輛內(nèi)部配電及動力供電系統(tǒng)。

編制說明:Notes

1、輻照交聯(lián)聚烯烴絕緣機車車輛(地鐵)專用電纜連續(xù)負(fù)載電流是依據(jù)IEC-287電纜載流量計算標(biāo)準(zhǔn)進行計算的,并通過修正確定。

The list is accorded with IEC-287 and  the value had corrected.

2、機車車輛(地鐵)專用電纜的長期工作溫度為125℃

The highest continues worked temperature is no more than 125℃

3、布線方式分為接觸與非接觸兩種,其中非接觸指電纜間的相互距離大于二倍的電纜外徑;接觸指電纜相互靠在一起或相互間距小于二倍的電纜外徑。

The form is consist of two fashion, contact and no contact. The contact is the cable against another; if the space between the two cable are more than two times the diameter of the cable, we name it non contact. We look the non contact as single cable was used.  The cable was lay up the bracket on the wall. In the condition of the cable diameter is not more than 0.15 meter,  the space of cable and the wall is not less than 0.3 times of D, we named it contact; it is not less than 0.5 times of D, we named it non contact; the D is the diameter of the cable.

   

4、周圍環(huán)境溫度以40℃作為基準(zhǔn)溫度。

We adopt 40℃ as the base of environment temperature.
